Summary: Now erc-view-log has its own git repository: http://github.com/Niluge-KiWi/erc-view-log
< ErcViewLog is available here: http://github.com/Niluge-KiWi/dotfiles/blob/master/.emacs.d/erc-view-log.el
> ErcViewLog is available here: http://github.com/Niluge-KiWi/erc-view-log
ErcViewLog is a mode for viewing ERC logs. The goal is to reproduce the same look as a real ERC buffer.
Currently the following type of lines are fully colorized:
aug 24 16:33:31 <nick1> hi
aug 24 16:33:33 <own_nick> hi
aug 24 16:32:21 *** You have joined channel #emacs
aug 24 16:32:21 *** Users on #emacs nick1 own_nick other_nick
aug 24 16:35:11 * own_nick tries ERC
aug 24 16:35:31 > /whois nick1
Put erc-view-log.el in your load-path and add in ~/.emacs
(require 'erc-view-log) (add-to-list 'auto-mode-alist '("\\.erclogs/.*\\.log" . erc-view-log-mode))
(Adapt the regexp for your own logs path)
‘erc-view-log-nickname-face-function’: A function that returns a face, given a nick, to colorize nicks. Useful with ErcNickColors. Can be nil to use standard ERC face.
‘erc-view-log-my-nickname-match’: Either a regexp or a list of nicks, to match the user’s nickname. For the list, each nick should be unique and should not contain any regexps.
