V.E.R.A. -- Virtual Entity of Relevant Acronyms

V.E.R.A. is a free list of computational acronyms all of which are used in or related with the field of computing. It is distributed as both plain text and in Texinfo format. The current Texinfo edition of V.E.R.A is v1.19 of September 2008.

Started in the spring of 1993 V.E.R.A. contains of 11,000+ acronyms. It is currently maintained by Oliver Heidelbach. V.E.R.A is released under the GFDL v1.1 of March 2000. This edition of the V.E.R.A. dictionary has nothing to do with Systems Science Inc. or its products.
