EZBounce ( requires you to identify yourself via a row of quirky commands (/login nick pass, then /conn or /reattach). This can be done automatically, and ERC does it. When you connect to your bouncer, it identifies you automatically and then presents you with a list of connections you can resume. Of course, you can tell ezbounce to connect to another IRC server, as well.
