You can store frame configurations in registers. Registers are referred to by a single character, therefore, you can use register 1, 2, a, b, etc.
Example:
‘C-M-z’ (‘show-hide’) – iconify/hide all frames and restore themC-x t .’ (‘save-frame-config’) – save the current frame configuration to register ‘C-l’ and to the DoReMi ‘frame-config-ring’.‘C-x r f C-l’ (‘jump-to-frame-config-register’) or ‘C-x t u’ (‘cycle-frame-configs’).‘C-l’). You can then cycle through the ring of configurations with command ‘cycle-frame-configs’ – see Frame Configuration Cycling. Each of these commands changes frame properties incrementally with the arrow keys. For example, ‘adjust-frame-width’ makes the frame narrower or wider each time you press the left or right arrow.‘doremi-bg’ – Change frame background color by incrementing/decrementing any of its RGB (red, green, blue), HSV (hue, saturation, value), or CMY (cyan, magenta, yellow) components.‘doremi-face-bg’, ‘doremi-face-fg’ – Like ‘doremi-bg’, but for individual Faces: incrementally change their foreground and background colors (RGB/HSV/CMY).‘doremi-bg-color-name’ – Set frame background color by scaling through a list of all colors (by name).‘doremi-frame-height’ – Change frame height incrementally.‘doremi-frame-width’ – Change frame width incrementally.‘doremi-font’ – Set frame font, choosing from a list of installed fonts.‘doremi-font-size’ – Change frame font size incrementally.‘doremi-frame-horizontally’ – Move frame left/right incrementally.‘doremi-frame-vertically’ – Move frame up/down incrementally.CategoryFrames CategoryFaces WindowsAndRegisters CategoryWindows CategoryDisplay
